How to Apply

All requests are made by completing an on-line application form on www.acer-eval.com.
Each application will be considered on a case-by-case basis by Acer Marketing Management. You will be notified within less than 5 working days of the submission of the application whether you have been successful.

- The Acer Evaluation Initiative will be available on selected products and will change depending upon the Acer focus markets.

FAQs
- Any data contained on hard drives when the evaluation equipment is returned will be fully erased to highest possible standards. Alternatively and if agreeable to Acer, Hamilton Rentals will be happy to sell any internal drives at the end of the evaluation.
- With any hardware that becomes faulty on site, Hamilton Rentals or the Acer Account Manager should be contacted. Once the problem has been established, either a replacement unit will be supplied to location or the correct technical resource can be deployed in order to offer your customer an interruptible evaluation.
- No, we would expect the customer to have the evaluation hardware insured whilst on their site, although all hardware will be covered whilst in transport if arranged by Hamilton Rentals.
- All evaluation hardware is retained at our head office in Bracknell and as a result, can be made available as quickly as the same day, or the day after.
